A week of meals.

Saturday morning, what do you do? Have a lie in? Clean the house? Put a wash on? Have some tea and obsess about what you’ll be eating for the next week? Yeah you can probably guess what I did. 

I usually only think about 6 dinners, leaving Saturday as a day for fun and frolicks or takeout and couch naps, however the day pans out! So here’s what came out of my brain and hopefully into my belly this week! Again, shopping comes from the Super 6 with the addition of a whole chicken for Sunday roast and at least 1 more meal during the week.

  1. Roast chicken
  2. Burgers and fries and salad
  3. Teriyaki Pork chops
  4. Chicken and Leek pie, Recipe to follow
  5. Thai red curry with beef, Recipe to follow
  6. Chicken Fajitas

  • Sugarsnaps/Mangetout etc x 2

  • Red curry paste
  • Coconut Milk
  • Rice Noodles
  • Rice
  • Fajita Seasoning
  • Puff Pastry
  • 1/2 Fat creme Fraiche

There it is, I hope you enjoy eating/cooking along with me this week. I am now off on my bike to The Botanic Gardens to catch up with an amazing friend and probably have a second breakfast. The botanic gardens are gorgeous any time of year, the trees really come into their own now and if you get too cold wandering around you can always have a mooch in the tropical greenhouse!
